How do I recover my license?
Your license key is in your purchase email. Open Jackdaw → Settings → Plan and paste it. Contact us if you can't find it.
Can I use Jackdaw on more than one Mac?
Yes — a license works on your personal Macs (e.g. a laptop and a desktop). Sharing a key widely will disable it.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase — no email needed. Open Jackdaw → Settings → Plan and hit Request refund; it cancels your license and locks Pro right away. Past 14 days, email us and we'll take a look.
The app didn't activate after I paid. What now?
Paste the key from your email into Jackdaw → Settings → Plan, or contact support.
